Pochtarev Andriy Oleksandrovich

- member Supervisory Board SUITT, State Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. Pochtarev A.O. was deputy chairman of the board of OJSC "Megan", deputy director of PE "Bentam", member of the supervisory board of the Development and Savings Bank, assistant to the chairman of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration Oleksandr Sadikov, worked in positions in Ukravtodor under the Kyiv City State Administration. The title of Honorary Professor of SUITT was awarded to Andrii Oleksandrovych Pochtaryov by the decision of the Academic Council dated August 31, 2022, Protocol No. 12.

Vadim Viktorovych Shukhtin

- Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SUITT, General Director of the KNP "Odesa Regional Clinical Medical Center" of the Odesa Regional Council, Odesa National Medical University, Professor of the Department of Dermatology and Venereology. 2021 – expert of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The title of Honorary Professor of SUITT was awarded to Vadym Viktorovych Shukhtin by the decision of the Academic Council dated October 28, 2022, Protocol No. 13.

Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Shelest

- member of the Supervisory Board of SUITT, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Oleksandr Shelest is currently coordinating proposals from SUITT regarding the joint implementation of high-speed Internet access design, deployment of IoT networks, support for the implementation of the Internet access without borders initiative, which within the framework of the SMART-Community project connected the university with local authorities and co-owners of apartment buildings regarding the development of high-speed Internet access access The title of Honorary Professor of SUITT was awarded to Oleksandr Volodymyrovych Shelest by the decision of the Academic Council dated July 10, 2023, Protocol No. 4.

Negoda Vyacheslav Andronovich

- head of the Office of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President of Ukraine, Together with V.A. Work on the preparation of joint scientific, educational and professional projects on the development of public management and administration, including the development of innovative and informational infrastructure of local communities, the development of ecosystems within the framework of the Diya project, has recently begun.
