  • Research on the effectiveness of the use of Ukraine’s radio frequency resources.
  • Research to improve the organizational and technological infrastructure of postal and logistics systems.
  • Provide information and analytical services to regulate electronic communications, postal services, and radio communications in Ukraine.
  • Involved in developing concepts and methodologies for designing Next Generation Networks (NGN).
  • The university develops methodological recommendations for organizing the financial and analytical activities of electronic communications operators, providers, and central executive authorities.
  • Development of methodological recommendations for building an organizational and functional structure for interaction between participants of ICT services markets
  • Development of regulatory documentation (state and industry regulations) on design
  • Development of strategic plans for the development of national operators in the field of electronic communications
