The educational centers “Crimea-Ukraine” and “Donbas-Ukraine” were created at the State University of Intelligent Technologies and Communications (SUITT) in order to ensure the realization of the right to obtain higher and professional pre-higher education by persons living in the territories occupied by the Russian Federation, where it is impossible to ensure compliance with Ukrainian education standards and/or a stable educational process.

Educational centers:

  • provide advice and assist in the preparation of the applicant’s declaration;
  • provide counseling to the applicant regarding the annual assessment (sample test tasks, online courses, face-to-face consultations, etc.);
  • facilitate the annual assessment and state final certification of the applicant in the Ukrainian language and history of Ukraine, issuing him state-standard documents on basic secondary education or full general secondary education (carried out by an authorized institution of general secondary education);
  • organize the processing of the applicant’s documents as an entrant, conducting the entrance test (entrance tests) to the educational institution and (in the case of a competitive selection) providing a recommendation for admission to institutions of higher or professional pre-higher education (carried out by the basic educational institution);
  • facilitate the settlement of the applicant during the annual assessment, state final attestation and entrance test to the dormitory of the educational institution;
  • facilitate the applicant’s receipt of identity documents;
  • provide counseling to the applicant regarding the possibility of studying at preparatory courses;
  • provides a remote form of submitting documents and passing interviews and state final certification at Odesa Lyceum No. 118.

Citizens who have completed their studies in secondary education institutions in the territories of Ukraine temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.

Admission conditions

  • according to the results of entrance tests at DUITZ, in the absence of NMT certificates;
  • according to the results of NMT.

If there is no certificate of basic/full secondary education of the Ukrainian model

  • the entrant fills out an educational declaration, on the basis of which he passes the annual assessment and state final certification in the Ukrainian language and history of Ukraine at Odesa Lyceum No. 118 (Odesa, Odesa Region, 75 Preobrazhenska Street);
  • takes entrance tests at SUITT.

Special rights upon admission

  • a special admission procedure based on the results of entrance tests at DUITZ;
    the possibility of remote entry;
  • admission to places of state order (budget) within the quota – 2;
  • the right to transfer to vacant state-ordered positions

Documents required for admission

  1. certificate of ZNO 2021 or NMT 2022, 2023, 2024 (if available);
  2. a certificate of registration of an internally displaced person (if available);
  3. a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, and in its absence – a birth certificate;
  4. four 3×4 cm photo cards;
  5. a document on education of the state model and an appendix to it (if available);
  6. in the absence of a document on education of the state model and an appendix to it, the applicant submits the Odesa Lyceum certificate No. 118 on the successful completion of the annual assessment and state final certification.

It is necessary:

  • Visit our center in person or contact us remotely.
  • Apply in person or remotely and fill out an educational declaration at the OC, to participate in an interview for training on the budget under quota-2 – from June 1 to July 10, under contract – until September 23
  • Pass two final state attestation (DPA) exams on the basis of the Center (Odesa Lyceum No. 118): Ukrainian language and history of Ukraine.
  • Take entrance tests instead of NMT on the budget from July 8 to July 19, 2024, according to the contract form from July 8 to July 31, 2024
  • Register an application for admission in the chosen specialty from July 19 to 31 (budget)
  • Wait for the formation of the rating list no later than August 5, 2024
  • Complete enrollment requirements no later than August 8, 2024
  • Enrollment until August 10, 2024 (budget)
