The main tasks of the laboratory of the quality of education

participation in the development of development strategy, policy and goals in the field of quality;
development of education quality management tools at the University;
ensuring the growth of the quality of education at the University;
preparation of a report on the status of: the University’s quality management system (QMS), processes, QMS documentation, implementation of the University’s Quality Goals, results of internal audits, corrective and preventive actions and improvements;
creating a holistic view of the participants of the educational process about the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education at the University and their dynamics.
systematic SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats);
analyzing opportunities and providing recommendations to the University management regarding ways to improve efficiency and ensure the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education at the University;
implementation of monitoring of component systems of internal quality assurance of higher education;
development and implementation of measures to improve the quality of education and educational activity, ensuring its compliance with the modern level of development of education, science, market needs, and legislative requirements;
analysis of European standards and international experience in the field of education quality assurance and implementation of best practices at the University;
coordination of the work of structural units of the University on issues of ensuring the quality of education;
coordination and control of activities in the field of organization of education quality assurance of supporting (providing) structures;
carrying out an analysis of the components of the system of internal quality assurance of higher education based on the results of surveys of students, employees, graduates and employers, the rating of teachers and the index of scientific and pedagogical potential of departments;
analysis and generalization of the state of organization of educational and methodical work of departments, laboratories, faculties;
formation of proposals for improvement of the quality assurance system of specialist training based on analysis;
monitoring of ensuring the availability of information systems for effective management of the educational process;
analysis of ensuring publicity of information about educational programs, degrees of higher education and qualifications by departments (institutes, faculties, colleges);
formation of proposals for improvement of the quality assurance system of specialist training based on analysis;
coordination of activities on the basis of cooperation and consultation with structural divisions of the University in terms of ensuring the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education at the University;
providing consultations and explanations on issues of ensuring the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education at the University to developers and guarantors of educational programs, heads of structural units, student self-government bodies, etc;
