Information for the readers

The Virtual Reference Service is available for you, allowing you to serve readers remotely. Questions are answered by specialists in the information and bibliographic department who make bibliographic references (address, thematic, clarifying, factual), assign UDC indices, and provide users with information about the availability of a document in the library’s collections. All users who apply to the Virtual Reference Service are serviced, regardless of whether they are readers of the SUITT library.

Please send a request to the library’s e-mail address lib@suitt.edu.ua, and we guarantee a prompt, competent, concise response to your e-mail address.

To assign UDC indices, send a letter to the library’s e-mail address lib@suitt.edu.ua

All inquiries are fulfilled within one day. Requests received on Saturday and Sunday (and holidays) are processed on Monday (or the first working day after the holidays).

Legislation

The Law of Ukraine, “On Education,” defines academic integrity as a component of ensuring the quality of education; see Article 42 for more details. Academic integrity.

The Law of Ukraine, “On Higher Education,” regulates the observance of academic integrity by employees of higher education institutions and students.

Rules of registration in the library

To register for the library, you must submit a student (graduate student card or service certificate valid for the current year), and users of other educational institutions submit a certificate or passport.

Based on the submitted documents, a library card is filled out.

Before signing up for a library account, the user must familiarize themselves with the library’s rules and confirm their obligation to comply with them by signing the form.
