• improvement of administrative, information-resource, and scientific-methodological support of the department’s disciplines, following international standards of language training and the requirements of Ukrainian legislation;·      

• expansion of the range of advisory, expert, and educational services provided by the department within the framework of cooperation with partner universities, stakeholders, and other interested parties;·   

• professionalization of the department staff on the basis and principles of continuous education, cross-cultural communication, academic mobility, integrity, professional and ethical standards, etc.

   

Since 2021, the South Ukrainian Linguistic Center (SLC) has been operating in the department, based on which certificate programs for the in-depth study of foreign languages, in particular English, are being implemented, as well as preparation for the exam on the level of proficiency in the state language of persons applying for election or appointment to positions defined by parts 1, 2 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language”.We are confident in our Students, it is they, entrants, students of higher education, scientific and pedagogical workers, IT specialists, and specialists of other professional groups who will be able to ensure the development of Ukraine based on the principles of democracy, inclusion, tolerance, multiculturalism, and EU standards.
