She has enhanced her qualifications and undergone internships at the University of Hamburg (Germany), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), Karaganda Buketov University (Kazakhstan), Wyzsza Szkola Wschodnioeuropejska w Przemyslu (Poland), Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University (Ukraine), Wyzsza Szkola Techniczna, Katowice School of Technology (Poland), and others.

During 2019–2021, she was a co-executor of the state-funded research project at the Institute of Foreign Citizens Training at ONPU (Odessa National Polytechnic University), No. 151-120 “Electronic Didactic Tools as a Basic Component of the Information and Educational Environment in the System of Training Foreign Citizens”; participated in the international scientific and educational project “International Students Adaptation and Integration” (Consulting company HULTGREN (Germany), Mykolas Romeris University (Lithuania), East Bavarian Technical University of Amberg-Weiden (Germany), Netherlands Business Academy (Netherlands), University of Foggia (Italy), and others).

          From 2008 to 2018, she was responsible for the preparation and publication of the Proceedings of the Annual International Scientific and Practical Conference “Information Education and Professional Communication Technologies of the 21st Century” at ONPU (11 issues).

– Senior Specialist at the Laboratory of Educational Innovations, Odessa Scientific and Methodological Center of Educational and Computer-Information Technologies (1996-2003).

– Associate Professor at the Department of Document Studies and Information Activities, Odessa National Polytechnic University (2003-2022).

– Since January 2023 to the present, Associate Professor at the Department of Journalism, Social Communications, and IT Law, State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communication.
