The SUITT delegation consisting of: Serhiy Bazyka (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Ihor Murdiy (People’s Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, member of the Supervisory Board of the University), Kateryna Tanashchuk (Vice-Rector for Research), Kostyantyn Boryak (University Professor) presented to the Deputy Prime Minister from innovations, development of education, science and technologies — to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, a package of innovation projects SUITT – INNOVATION doIT’s.
During the meeting, further steps of the joint action plan for the implementation of the projects and conducting experimental tests were agreed upon.
The Chairman of the SUITT Supervisory Board, Serhiy Bazyka, presented the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation, a member of the SUITT Supervisory Board, Oleksandr Shelest, with the diploma of Honorary Professor of SUITT. The honorary title was awarded to Oleksandr Shelest by the decision of the Academic Council of the university on July 10, 2023.
Pursuant to the joint action plan, Serhiy Bazyka and Kateryna Tanashchuk discussed with Denys Kurbatov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, the next steps of SUITT’s participation in the implementation of high-speed GPON Internet access for educational institutions of Ukraine. The goal of this project is the maximum implementation of the most modern technologies in educational institutions under martial law.
They became very important meetings of Serhii Bazika and Ihor Murdiy with the Deputy Ministers of Education and Science of Ukraine, Mykhailo Vynnytskyi and Andriy Vitrenko, at which strategic issues of the University’s development and its participation in the ministry’s reforms were discussed.
